The insufficient volume may also be accompanied with sagging of the breast. Breast augmentation surgery with implant can be performed for all ages above 18.<\/p>\n<p>Today the most widely used and most secure method of breast augmentation, is augmentation with implants. Although silicone implants are the most commonly used, implants filled with saline solution or hydrogel are also available. However, no matter what the content is, the outer wall of all implants are made of silicone. Silicone implants have been used without problems for over 40 years by millions of women.<\/p>\n<p>The world\u2019s most widely used and new generation implants of today are the silicone implants with the cohesive silicone gel inside. The new generation of implants are secure not only in terms of their content, but also their outer wall which does not cause any leakage. Only superior or inferior or all four eyelids can be operated in same operation. Blepharoplasty can be performed alone however it may be combined with other face renewal interventions such as face-neck lifting, peeling, laser, filling.<\/p>\n<p>Excess skin and fat on upper eyelid can be removed and wrinkles and eye bags on lower eyelid can be repaired in this surgery. Therefore eyes will gain younger and more rested expression.<\/p>\n<p>Wrinkles on outer part of eyes are not corrected with blepharoplasty. Botox application may be done to these fine wrinkles. Fat injection can be applied if pitting exists on lower or upper eyelid.<\/p>\n<p>Blepharoplasty is an operation can be performed both in women and men. Although aging related esthetics eyelid disorders are generally operated after 40 years of age, structural disorders can be operated in younger ages. Cut for upper blepharoplasty is found at skin folds of upper eyelid, however cut for lower eyelid is found 1-2mm below eyelash. The Aim of facelift and neck lift operations is not to change facial expressions but to put back the anatomical structures, which loosen due to aging,, in their proper place and make face regain the appearance which it had many years ago.<\/p>\n<p>In the lifting operation, not only the skin of face but also deep tissues under the skin are intervened and therefore the results become more effective and lasts for many years.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to remove excess fat from under the chin and upper part of the neck via liposuction during this surgery. On the other hand, it is possible to inject fat to necessary regions to restore face ovality and to regain vitality, during lifting. Since this operation is performed for the loose tissues on the face and neck, it does not have any effect on the fine wrinkles on the face and under the eyes. Non-surgical cosmetic methods can be used for these fine wrinkles in addition to facelift. Lifting can be performed alone however most of the time it is combined with other methods like blepharoplasty, laser applications, Botox, peeling, hyaluronic acid fillers.<br \/>\nIncisions necessary for lifting are in the temple area and nape, remaining incisions are inside the ear, front and back of ear.
